Spring, Part the Second

Ah, spring. Signaled the world over by the arrival of the crocuses and daffodils.

But us? We prefer the de-icing...

The Canadian Chevrolet, known for its hardiness, sheds its protective ice coating in the spring in preparation for warmer days ahead. Here we show a rarely photographed freshly shed coat. These coats are designed to melt immediately, thus preventing the peaceful Chev from being tracked by predators.
