Booty!

Yesterday, I received lovely gifts from across The Pond from interneterwebby friends who shall remain nameless*, but no less excellent for being so.
Peppermint and chocolate and slate badger coaster... OH MY!
*unless they wish to reveal themselves, which is fine by me

I'm still feeling bad that the parcel I sent off to you ages ago never got to you :(
Plz to send me your address again as I have something else that I saw that made me think of you, and I'm not going to take 'No' for an answer, akay?

Nice coaster. I can't believe I've never tried Kendal Mint Cake, they probly have it at Morrisons. What's it like?

Oh, don't listen to him. He's such a crank.

It was quite good. But I liked the chocolate-covered one best. YUM!

There should be a law against Kendal Mint Cake. It's like Terry Pratchett's dwarf bread. However hungry you get, there is always teh dwarf bread ...

The first time I went to England, I was bound and determined to find some Kendal Mint Cakes, having heard so much about them. I bought one in an amazing candy shop on the Brighton Pier, joyfully ripped it open, took a bite - and hated it. I actually ended up tossing it in the garbage. I do like your badger coaster, though.
