His head looks too big for his body.
They might take out the meerkats though. But the dolphins could probably take out the foxes.
He kind of looks like a human who's been turned into a fox. Look at that face - probably an animagus!*

That's what I thought, too. He looks like a cat crossed with a dog, crossed with a rather disgruntled human.
